Existing projects retain the [14 September register](project-evidence-2026-09-14.md)
and its immutable source revisions. No existing project suite was rerun; no
maturity or evidence promotion is inferred from newer repository metadata.
The registry's role descriptions and thematic map edges are editorial synthesis
of those bounded mechanisms, not claims of integrations between repositories.
CipherLoop → TraceForge is the one documented artifact handoff.

portfolio review. Existing result documents were not audited. Registry status
is experimental. The TEMPER–TraceForge connection is an editorial research
question about acceptance evidence, not an implemented dependency.

execution state, and independently verifiable evidence.” It is an engineering
direction. No private repository contents, identifier, source or results were
