# Hireability evidence register — 2026-09-14

This register supersedes the 11 September homepage hierarchy and contract descriptions. Earlier evidence remains historical. Source-project tests were **not rerun** during this portfolio implementation or the supplied planning pass. “Published main” and feature classifications describe the pinned planning snapshot, not a promise that remote HEAD never changes.

## Inspection and publication scope

The supplied implementation plan is the source audit handoff. Implementation re-read the local immutable CipherLoop contract, SHAD0W timeline/stream code and sparse-ack tests, source trees for SHAD0W and historical Truck-Ready, Evidence Strategy Skills evaluation methodology, Fracture dispatcher/topology/runtime code, and the existing eight-project audit and AetherForge probe record. TraceForge SHA, source tree and passing hosted job metadata were rechecked through GitHub. Retained supporting-project claims use the prior pinned audit plus the explicit planning corrections; they are not new runtime verification.

Approved wording is limited to the mechanisms and limitations below. Publication here means suitability for this local diff; push, merge and deployment remain unauthorized.

- Evidence level and limits: Production-v2 ledger and metadata commitment, execution-failure capture. Pinned source inspected; tests not rerun. Offline scripted replay is not a live scanner/model audit. Integrity does not authenticate a producer able to rewrite both files.

Synthetic toy/safe responses match their independent expectations. “Safe” is a fixture label, not security certification. That older adapter requires capture sidecars; the current production reader accepts the ledger and metadata pair.
